  Safety & Security
Safety & Security is the degree of protection against danger, damage, loss, and crime. Security as a form of protection are structures and processes that provide or improve security as a condition
Airport Security
Airport security refers to the techniques and methods used in protecting airports and aircraft from crime.Large numbers of people pass through airports. This presents potential targets for terrorism and other forms of crime due to the number of people located in a particular location.[2] Similarly, the high concentration of people on large airliners, the potential high death rate with attacks on aircraft, and the ability to use a hijacked airplane as a lethal weapon may provide an alluring target for terrorism.
The Power of Action
Knowing what incident has occurred and where, the system can then take automatic action. Signals and information from the IQ-ASAP system can be sent to a variety of devices. Using GPS systems it can know exactly where certain people or vehicles are and can forward recommended action to them.It can initiate a whole sequence of actions based on a pre-agreed script. For example in case of a potential fire in a road tunnel (as detected by excessive smoke using the IQ Smoke and Fire Detection system) IQ-ASAP can set off alarms, initiate automated fire mitigation devices (eg water sprinklers) guide Fire Department personnel to the exact location of the fire and initiate traffic diversion signs to re-direct traffic. The specific event scenarios and automated action plans are developed in consultation with the customer and can be as simple or as sophisticated as the user requires
